Sky High
Sky High is a new shooter released recently by Zenith Creation. The game only features one stage but does have the obligatory boss battle near the end.

The main menu isn't visible, although you can use the left arrow key to choose the difficulty level as indicated by the screenshots. Press the C or space key to confirm your selection. Use the X key to shoot.
